You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if younger, as required by applicable law. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

SkillSurf reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where prerequisite knowledge is not met or where registration information is found to be misleading.

Course fees are communicated by the SkillSurf team during the enquiry and enrollment process. Fees may vary depending on factors such as the selected course, training format, promotional offers, corporate partnerships, batch schedules, or other business considerations. SkillSurf reserves the right to determine and revise course fees at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment has been successfully received and verified by SkillSurf. We currently accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and approved third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Access to training sessions and learning materials will be provided only after payment verification.

All payments are subject to the applicable Refund Policy. Unless otherwise approved by SkillSurf in writing, payments made towards course enrollment are non-transferable. In the event of an incomplete, unsuccessful, or unverified payment, the enrollment process will not be completed, and access to the course will not be granted.

SkillSurf may record live training sessions for quality assurance, internal training, and to provide on-demand access to enrolled students. By participating in live sessions, you consent to such recordings.

Recordings may be made available exclusively to students of the same batch for revision purposes. You may not record, screenshot, share, or distribute any session or part thereof without prior written permission from SkillSurf.

SkillSurf offers placement assistance services such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and job referral updates as a value-added support. These services do not guarantee a job offer or placement. Your success in securing employment depends on individual effort, market conditions, and employer requirements.

SkillSurf shall not be held liable for any failure to secure employment, regardless of the assistance provided.

SkillSurf reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or behave in a manner that disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be provided in such cases.

You agree not to misuse the SkillSurf website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access, introduction of malware, scraping content, using automated means to collect data, and any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

All services, materials, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. SkillSurf does not guarantee that the training will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

SkillSurf reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
